Employee Support Fund

Many InspiriTec employees need special supports to overcome barriers imposed by disability; new employees are just beginning their careers and are breaking free from financial dependence and governmental assistance. The InspiriTec Employee Support Fund provides assistance with resources such as: adaptive devices, assistance with extraordinary medical bills, deposits for housing, child care expenses, and transportation costs. For these individuals, life's unforeseen obligations can be a job-threatening event. InspiriTec maintains a fund, administered by our Social Services Case Managers, to help employees overcome these obstacles and sustain productive employment and independence.
