Each customized Assistive Technology Plan provides a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals launching new careers or progressing in their current profession.
AT Engineers assigned to client engagements routinely provide AT solutions within InspiriTec’s own business operations (call centers, software application, vocational training), which are staffed 75% by people with disabilities. As a result, Engineers have daily opportunities to utilize their unique skills and are keenly aware of how to best integrate the requirements of both the employee and employer in a workplace environment.
