EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
The Employer of the Year Award is given to a company that exhibits a desire to
enhance employment opportunities for people living with multiple sclerosis and
other disabilities. This year’s honoree, InspiriTec, Inc, have demonstrated such
positive employment practices and we would like to publicly recognize their
efforts.InspiriTec, Inc., in Harrisburg, PA, is being recognized for its efforts to blend its information technology ventures with vocational rehabilitation initiatives. As both an employer of people with disabilities and a traditional vocational rehabilitation provider, they ensure that their training is both practical and customized to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Employees are supported by a compassionate management team lead by a professional Social Service Case Manager and experienced business managers. Their inspired approach towards fostering a collaborative, supportive environment ensures trainees and employees are positioned to succeed, whether by the continuous job training and coaching, or through their efforts to assist with important matters outside of the office. InspiriTec, Inc works closely with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and is part of our vocation team assisting Pennsylvania residents who are seeking employment and support with their disabilities.
