Call Centers
At the heart of InspiriTec is a cadre of carefully screened and intensely
trained Customer Service professionals. InspiriTec's staff is our greatest
asset. Several are multi lingual and have completed criminal background
checks.
Our call handlers are assessed using a battery of aptitude and customer
service instruments. They then receive at least six weeks of intensive
Information Processing and Customer Service Training. Our staff is
supporting by caring and astute management who assure quality and service
delivery.
