I have been in the customer service business for
about twenty years -- from Philadelphia to New York,
to New Jersey, and back to Philadelphia. To me,
it’s been like around the world and back again, but never
have I found a job in this field more rewarding than
InspiriTec. Now, when I talk about rewarding I mean
that it’s a pleasure to get up in the morning and go to
work.
InspiriTec gives life to the word customer service
and it does just what it’s supposed to do - service the people.
InspiriTec allows you to utilize your talents. In this call center there are so many different kinds of people or spirits you come across over the phone. I call them spirits, because you don’t know what type of person you’ll be encountering in the course of your day. It can be difficult work – calls from a few angry people (some who are hollering at you), some depressed, sad or just plain unhappy. Of course, we do speak with nice, kind individuals too.
My co-workers and bosses are so understanding, helpful and pleasant that it makes your job so easy to do. There is nothing
we don’t do for each other and always with a smile, laughter and a helping hand. This makes for a great place to work and that’s how we do such a good job servicing our customers.
Here at InspiriTec, there are people to help train, educate and encourage you to be all you can be. Unlike other places I’ve worked, they don’t tear you down, but build you up. They strengthen your weak points. The truly listen to your input and advance your ideas. I like it here because we do customer service in the office while on the phone with customers, but also just around the office helping each other with a smile and joy.
