Michael
I’m 53 years old and live with my wife. I’ve been with InspiriTec since July 2002. Since 1997, I’ve gone legally blind, went through several operations to save my peripheral sight, lost my kidneys, and eventually underwent a dual-organ transplant which saved my life. I went through serious self-doubt. I began a downward spiral of self-confidence and self-respect.
This job means more to me than any money they could ever pay me. InspiriTec is a highly organized, professional, group which employs mostly people with disabilities. We are well trained, organized, efficient people and attentive to our customers. InspiriTec has given us the chance to prove our worth. We have our dignity and a firm resolve to keep it that way. My colleagues and I are self-reliant, skilled, tax paying, voting work force.
