As both an employer of people with disabilities and a traditional vocational rehabilitation provider, we ensure that our training is both practical and customized to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Employees are supported by a compassionate management team lead by a professional Social Service Case Manager and experienced business managers. Our inspired approach towards fostering a collaborative, supportive environment ensures trainees and employees are positioned to succeed, whether by the continuous job training and coaching, or through their efforts to assist with important matters outside of the office.
