For the third straight year, InspiriTec Inc. has been named to the New Jersey Top Workplaces list, compiled by NJ.com, the Star Ledger, and Jersey’s Best. The list rewards excellent work environments and applauds companies that demonstrate uncommon commitment to their workers, customers, and mission. The award recognizes our Newark office, where our colleagues manage inbound Customer Service on behalf of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Agents field questions from New Jersey professional licensees such as nurses, medical examiners, and home improvement contractors – and a new licensee board has just been added, in social work.

Gary M. McCarthy, Jr., InspiriTec’s Department of Defense (DOD) Support Center Technical Support Manager at Fort Knox, is the recipient of the 2022 SourceAmerica Honor Roll for Veterans Award. The award pays tribute to veterans with a service-related disability who have exhibited outstanding achievement in their work. Congrats to Gary!

Congratulations to LaRay Hay from our NJ DCA office. On October 10th, LaRay was awarded the “Advocacy” award at the 2019 AccessNJ Star Conference held in New Brunswick, New Jersey. LaRay is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for InspiriTec’s New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA) Call Center.

InspiriTec has been awarded an IT 70 Federal Supply Schedule contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). IT Schedule 70 is the largest and most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government and is considered a preferred procurement source for technical products and services. Under this new certification, federal, state, and local government agencies can access InspiriTec’ services on GSA Advantage!®, the government’s electronic online ordering system. InspiriTec can now provide a full range of automated and attended management solutions to inquiries for technical or informational assistance from the public on what is recognized as the best government contract vehicle.

For the second year in a row, InspiriTec has been named a “Best Places to Work” by Philadelphia Business Journal. Hundreds of companies from the Greater Philadelphia area competed for this honor which recognizes excellence in work environment, personal growth, professional development, people, and embracing change. On the morning of July 30th, members of the InspiriTec team gathered with other award-winning companies at the 2300 Arena to celebrate this great accomplishment. We thank all of our colleagues from the Philadelphia and Wyomissing offices for demonstrating that it’s possible to deliver world-class contact center and IT support services while also delivering compassionate human services.

June 2019

On June 17th, UniqueSource recognized InspiriTec’s Jordan Lazaroff during its annual “Embrace the Abilities” dinner in Hershey, PA. He was granted the Achievement Award which is given to individuals who do not let their disabilities take away from their day to day efforts. The UniqueSource Achievement Award was originally established in 1976 as the Nettie Mann Achievement Award to recognize outstanding workers from around the state who demonstrate exceptional character in living and coping with disabilities, particularly in the workplace. Jordan is an IT Help Desk Analyst with InspiriTec’s PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Help Desk in Philadelphia.

Congratulations to InspiriTec’s Paul Rangel for receiving SourceAmerica’s 2018 Honor Roll for Veterans Award. This award pays tribute to a veteran with a service-related disability who has exhibited outstanding achievement in her/his work. Paul is currently a Customer Care Representative on InspiriTec’s Human Resources Services Center (HRSC) located at Ft. Knox, Kentucky.
