SUCCESS STORIES

I’ve always loved working with computers and technology. I learned how to use computers and technology in the workplace, as well as customer service, through a job training program with the Philadelphia Developmental Disabilities Corporation. I completed this six-month program after graduating high school in 2007, and InspiriTec hired me right after! I am an example of InspiriTec taking someone who experienced some tough times in my life, and giving the person a true career path. Over 15 years at InspiriTec, I’ve risen from a part-time Customer Service Representative on one project, to a Team Lead on the Telephone Answering Service (TAS), which includes several projects. At TAS, we take calls from InspiriTec employees and for several government agencies, and then we report those calls to the right people. As a Team Lead, I supervise and train entry-level TAS agents. At InspiriTec, you constantly learn, grow, and feel welcome. They strengthen your weaknesses. My biggest weakness upon entering InspiriTec was social skills, but I have grown to love the customer service atmosphere. InspiriTec encourages me to learn as many projects and skills as possible. I have earned several awards from InspiriTec for my reliability. I was named “Mr. Reliable” during Customer Service Week 2022, and I’ve also received recognition for working in the office during a snowstorm. InspiriTec makes it desirable to work here: not only because of its culture, but also because of its proximity to so many public transit lines in Philadelphia. They will NEVER make you lose sight of your goals, and you will make new goals after working here. Working at InspiriTec made me realize my true potential!
