My name is Laurence Howard and I have had problems finding and maintaining employment due to my disabilities which I have struggled with my whole life. I was unemployed since 2008, attempting to find gainful employment for years until New Jersey DVR sent me to AmericaWorks. I eventually found a job working for InspiriTec in March 2011. Now I work as an InspiriTec Customer Service Representative at the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs call center based in Newark. I really enjoy working here because the staff at InspiriTec not only helps me with my job performance but also with my life outside of work. They give me encouragement and education in my personal development including financial advice, counseling and assistance applying for health insurance. InspiriTec has helped me become a more independent person and enabled me to become a success not only at work but in my life
